Trim Levels of the Dodge Journey

The base trim for the Journey is the Journey SE. This model comes standard with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that is paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission in front-wheel drive. The standard features you’ll find in this machine include dual-zone climate control, 17-inch steel wheels, a 6-speaker sound system with a 4.3-inch touchscreen interface, a height-adjustable driver seat, keyless ignition and entry, and 60/40-split second-row seat with both slide and recline. This trim level comes with the same standard engine and drivetrain configuration, although you can opt for the 3.6-liter V6 engine. You can also choose all-wheel drive in order to get this V6 engine. The features you’ll find in this trim include all of the previously mentioned features in the Connectivity package, along with the Popular Equipment package. Additionally, you can choose more packages as add-ons. The first of these is the Premium package, which comes with a conversation mirror, a power-adjustable driver seat, satellite radio, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Another package option is the Uconnect 8.4-inch touchscreen, which adds aimable interior lamps, a rearview camera, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, three-zone automatic climate control, and rear parking sensors.

Crossroad:
The same engine options are available with the Crossroad trim. However, additionally, with this trim, you’ll get features like 19-inch black-painted alloy wheels, along with all of the contents of the Uconnect 8.4-inch touchscreen package. If you want even more technology and comfort, then you can add other options like a premium six-speaker stereo system with subwoofer, heated front seats, the Driver Convenience package, a rear-seat entertainment system, leather upholstery, a sunroof, and a navigation system. The Driver Convenience package comes with rear parking sensors, a universal garage door opener, and a rearview camera.

GT:
This trim is the only one that you can have front-wheel drive paired with the 3.6-liter V6 engine and a six-speed automatic transmission. You’ll get further features like 19-inch alloy wheels, heated steering wheel and front seats, a security alarm, a premium stereo system, leather upholstery, and a remote start. Furthermore, you can add a Trailer Tow Prep package. This is perfect for people who intend on using the Journey to the best of its capabilities. This package adds a four-pin wiring connector and a hitch.
