Took my 2016 JK Wrangler w/36800 miles due to erratic shifting. Rodrigo was my service rep and he found code pointing to the bad ABS sensor. I bought this vehicle at the same dealer and I was told my extended warranty was through Mopar but found out it was through 3rd party instead. Not service dept fault. I should've checked what I was signing but I was upset when I found out I owe $100 deductible. Rodrigo was excellent and he turned around the repair in 1 day. And his manager Geroge Pene was kind enough to give me $50 off deductible when he heard about my situation. Great team to deal with. They are busy most of the times so be sure to call and make appt first. I'm giving 5 stars for this time. I had GC purchased from same dealer that I had bad experience and judging by other reviews, the same sales tactic was used for a long time. I'm hoping they flushed out the bad seeds to turn their reputation around.
