I am so sad to hear that others have not had a good experience with the Northwest Service Department! I bought my car here about 2 years ago and have been using the service department the entire time. While I will admit that sometimes the wait time is long, they have free drinks, popcorn, wifi and comfy chairs. I normally come in on a weekend and pack my laptop. What always impresses me is the quality of work and how friendly everyone is. As a female in her 20s, I don't know a ton about cars, and they are always helpful and patient. My car always comes out washed, vacuumed, and running super smoothly. In 2 years of service, I have never been charged for anything (I buy the oil change packages from Mopar, totally worth the money) and am treated well. Keep up the good work!

Everyone there was very easy to deal with. My salesman Christian was straightforward and didn’t try to pressure me into a deal. I appreciate salesmen that is “no nonsense” and is honest about the numbers, etc. I actually had a slightly better deal at another dealership, but they were so sleazy in their method of sales and handling a customers, I spent a little more at Northwest because I respected their team. Highly recommended.
